Rental Terms

Three simple steps are required for a rental.

1. Rental Agreement

Have an authorized agent of your company sign and return the rental agreement to us before the start of the rental. The equipment may be picked up between 3-5PM the day before the rental begins and must be returned the day following the last rental day between 9-10AM.

2. Insurance Certificate

Send us an endorsed insurance certificate naming us additionally insured and additional loss payee in the certificate holder box of your COI. No insurance, no problem. A short term production insurance policy is available from the link below.

3. Provide Credit Card Info

You can pay us by check, cash, Zelle, ACH, Visa, MasterCard or American Express but we still need your credit card information as security. To protect your credit card information, please call the office with that information.
